How it is asked
Recall is names and firsts: the first test-tube baby, the microbe that sets curd, the bacterium in Bt crops. Understanding is why a graft from an identical twin is not rejected, or why a high BOD means dirty water. Application describes a patient, a water sample or a pest problem and asks which technique or organism fits.
